Sexual Pleasure for African Women - How To Get IT & Prioritise IT [Video Diary]

In a series of video diaries #KipKompani I’m using my personal experiences to guide and encourage African women(and men who want to know and do better) to question gender roles, social norms, and traditional beliefs.

In this vlog I talk about the importance of sexual pleasure for African women.

If you can’t watch the video here are the highlights:

  1. Pleasurable sex can ONLY happen with communication. If you cannot express what you enjoy, your partner can’t know.

  2. Please yourself first so you know what you like. Learn how to give yourself an orgasm. This means you must masturbate severally to the point of orgasm severally so that you have the knowledge base and experience to then inform and educate your partner.

  3. Don’t have sex with someone with whom you would feel uncomfortable saying expressing the things that bring your pleasure. If you don’t feel safe enough to express your sexual desires don’t have sex with them.

  4. Have sex with people whose physical parts arouse you. By this I mean if you’re a hetero woman; have sex with men who are beautiful to you. Men who are attractive to you. Men who whet your sexual appetite even when they have their clothes on. Men who you undress with your eyes when you visit them in their office because you know what is going to happen when they come home.

  5. Prioritise your sexual pleasure. By this I mean, keep score. Let there be a known (between you two) record of how many orgasms are being had by you and your partner. Let there be competition in this area. If he falls off, let him know; when and how and do not allow too much of an imbalance on the orgasm scoreboard. That being said, if you’re in good hands with a partner who loves you, he or she would prioritise your orgasm. Get you a partner who will never tap out even when you say it’s okay ( cuz you’re distracted and you don’t think you’re going to cum today). A partner who prioritises you will not allow you to go to sleep without that ooh-aah sensation.

However, you get it, what I want for you and all African women is sexual pleasure and enjoyment. Life is too hard on us. We suffer so much, sisters need to cum.

(African lesbians, the fact is you don’t need this guide. You already know what you’re doing based on the fact you’re lesbians.)
